Lansdale icon plans Pride Walk with local businesses

LANSDALE, PA> Local LGBTQ+ icon, Kyle McCarthy, has planned a Pride Walk for June 27 that will stretch the length of Main Street in Lansdale. After bursting onto the Lansdale scene three years ago, Kyle quickly became one of the regular faces in the Lansdale music and brewery scene. Always happy to promote and be involved, he launched his own Pride Walk that partnered with many local businesses, complete with a mimosa bar at the Lansdale Tavern! From the Facebook event:

Hey everyone! Pride month is back!! While we're pushing out of the pandemic as fast as we can, Lansdale still needs a safe and fun walk to represent our pride and have our awesome community show its support once again!

The walk will start at 12pm at the Kugel Ball (Railroad Plaza). We will walk down Main Street to Valley Forge Rd and then turn around and walk back up Main Street to S Wood St and Courtland St. After the walk, several local businesses have invited us to join them back at their establishments to continue the party!
